I don't know if there is any support for this game at all...? But, they sure were quick enough to take our money for it!
I get the same error, me and my wife have been building a city with 2 separate logins for about a month now. Excited to get back into it on the weekends and now we just get this error message.
Typical of EA, never have received good support from them.
