I just bought the SimCity complete edition (I know I'm late)
Cheats in Sandboxmode are only working temporary for me...
Alt+W is always working, but with Alt+F after a while buildings are burning down again (though it says "Fire disabled")
Same with crime (Alt+C) and health issues (Alt+M)
Annoying as hell, very unhappy with the game if this can't be resolved... :-(
