SimCity Destinations - Missing mss32.dll

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble installing the expansion pack for SimCity Societies, SimCity Destinations. When I installed it, the game fails to launch and it gives me this error message:

"The program can't start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer".

When uninstall destinations, the SimCity Societies works again. I already put both games on compatibility mode since I am using Windows 10.

Could anyone help me regarding this?
