EA customer support is the way worst !!!! I have been trying to reach for a representative and someone finally came on to help me after waiting 4 hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, after only 5 days of playing a game that I bought from EA, I asked for my money back because my MacBook Pro laptop broke. Guess what they said... They said its not my problem. Then I asked them to send me an evidence of our conversation.. a customer support representative left the room since he refused to cooperate with me! I am literally pissed off at them!!
DON'T EVER BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! THEY WONT HELP YOU! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER!!!!! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, EVEN THEY WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY! MONEY IS WHAT THEY LOVE TO SNIFF ON!!!!
