SO I just purchased ME: Andromeda Deep Space edition from JB Hi Fi. I redeemed the code and it says that it was successful. However, the game doesn't show up in my Library. Tried to get the Live Chat thing but it says that the website didn't exist on the pop-up window.
Tried calling the 1800 number and the wait time is 40 Mins.
At this point, I felt like I just throw away $60AUD to the bin.
Does anyone have advice or maybe some idea on how to fix my problem ?
