I need to reinstall Sim City, what do I do?

I needed to factory reset my computer and therefore Sim City got uninstalled from my computer. Now in trying to reinstall it, Origin is telling me my product code has already been used, which is true, used by me. Long story short I can't reinstall the game because of this. Didn't know where to go for help. So here I am.
