Regional incoming sewage from other interconnected cities is not entering through the city entrance. I can see the giant blobs of sewage coming along the highway, but once it reaches the city entrance, it's gone.
This is happening with all my current cities, in multiple regions. This is causing serious problems as I need that sewage to refill the water table.
Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?
