Simcity Could not active

Hello,

i played sim city,last 4 or 5 months ago and i installed a few days ago.i cant play sim city because i had some many problems to play a GAME!first problem is i starting Sim city and the game not opening or launching anything just sim city logo on task bar w/e i fix it somehow myself then i had second issue is the "classic problem 1004 error" i fix it myself again,and i had my last problem still i have "COULD NOT ACTIVE" HOW I CAN NOT ACTIVE GAME WHEN THE GAME ON MY LIBRARY WITH PRODUCT KEY HOW? THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING.I'M REALLY PISSED OFF THESE DAYS ABOUT CANT PLAYING A ONE GAME.I PURCHASED THE GAME BUT I CANT PLAY.DOES ANYBODY CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM TODAY OR I'M NOT GONNA PAY OR BUY ANY OTHER GAMES ON EA OR ORIGIN BASED!!!
