Tremendous terrain issue persistant in all regions.

I decided to reinstall Sim City after a 2-year long break, and I have this huge issue with the terrain in all regions available in the game.

The terrain is pretty much FUBAR, and this is not just a graphical issue: The weird slopes on the terrain affect road, zone, and building placement as well.

I have tried reinstalling the game, repairing the game through Origin and it doesn't solve the issue.

My specs are:

Windows 7 64-bit

CPU: Intel Core I7 2.93 GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270x

I have the latest GPU drivers.
