I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused here, we are talking about SimCity (2013) for Mac, right? If so, please, don't worry, Mac computers don't run iOS, but macOS. iOS is for iPhones, iPads and iPods.
The new version of macOS, High Sierra, still supports 32 bit applications. We don't know what will happen in the future, but for now you can still run 32 bit apps in your Mac
