Mai, he'd LOVE to check your advisors if you actually COULD TALK TO HIM. I personally have been waiting on my advisor for 2 years. Here's the problem. You are lying. There are no advisors, and EA is not interested in giving any-body a refund over anything. What you are doing is illegal, and you are extremely, extremely lucky that no class action lawsuit was yet launched.
