I have the same issue until i realize that to import a certain resource,you will need enough money. As sometimes you see the price of resource varies. If i'm not mistaken to buy 100 alloy it cost 42000 simeleons. If you do not have 42000,you can't import it. Either wait until you have enough money or take a loan ![Standard smile]( "Standard smile")
