Thanks for your reports  & , and the heads up, .

If you have already tried the steps suggested by , and although I understand you invested time in those cities, I'd start over with a new city or region. I wish I had better news to share with you, but unfortunately recovering these cities from the server is not something we will be able to help with at this point.
