By saying the following: This is something we are working on resolving in the future update and how to handle the city whether that be
restarting the city fresh or destroying any of the content not owned by the new owner is still being investgiated at this time. AND this was
in 06-07-2013 and until today we face the same problems.
We as Gamers of Simcity, tired, upset, bored, unhappy with the EA, and discredited that EA respects its users gamers.
I made a post asking for the EA to make a patch to allow, "The right to claim any abandoned city in any region, with no expansion of
limitation or DLC. We are not required to have or not determined expansion or DLC to claim an abandoned city."
I made the suggestion to create a reset, only a RESET for the cities abandoned, with a single response for the city that you intend to
claim and cannot, and when you receive the message: "You cannot claim this city is not because you have some content used to create
it" At the moment in this same screen may appear a button: Do you want to reset this city, to be able to claim? Yes or no THE reset of
abandoned city is welcome!
Dear EA is only so that we gamers of Simcity we ask, the more attention people who for fun a little, pay their wages to buy
the games.
