This is in Offline mode. Every vacant house in the city says "DEBUG - Happiness Wave". Every house that has people inside only show positive speech, even though the low wealth residential has more negatives in the "More info" area. I have repaired the game but it didn't work, and it continued to occur. I looked at another person with the same bug yet it showed advice which I followed but didn't resolve the issue. Please help
