Origin in-game error - SimCity

Hi,

I keep getting the attached error. Here are the following things I have been instructed to try, but has been unsuccessful. I am on a Mac running Mojave. 

1. Enabling in-game Origin by right clicking the Sim City icon in the origin client.

2. Enabling in-game Origin in the Origin client settings.

3. Clearing the Origin download cache. 

4. Reinstalling Origin client.

5. Reinstalling Sim City on a new admin user account.

6. Changing V-Sync setting in game.

7. Changing Window settings in game. 

8. Disabling SIP. 

Please help or I would like a refund for this game.
