  There is a reported issue with Mojave 14.4 and later. It would help with our tracking if you could add a "Me Too" to this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/SimCity-2013/Mac-Mouse-Cursor-and-Display-Resolution-Problems/m-p/7839105#M127554 and post your system specs as requested.
