Hi  - No, SimCity is a legacy game and is no longer actively patched or updated. You can get basic support for installation issues and that sort of thing through EA. As far as ongoing support goes, this player help forum on EA's Answer HQ is the main source of help. They dissolved the SimCity dev team back in 2015
