Simcity 2013 avatar is not getting updated again :(

Hi, is Simcity 2013 Server permanently down?

It seems like my (and others') Simcity 2013 avatar pic is not getting updated for several months

I don't want to see a question mark on my avatar everytime I play.

Please fix!
