Hi  - I moved your message to its own post, as the post you originally replied to was from 2013.

From what I understand, you're saying that SimCity launches fine, but the main menu display looks like a double screen, as if everything is ghosted?

The first thing I would recommend is to make sure your graphics card driver is up-to-date.

Here are links to NVIDIA (GeForce), AMD (Radeon) and Intel graphics card drivers.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

After updating, double-check any graphics programs that may be installed (such as GeForce Experience) and make sure there you didn't accidentally install a new graphics profile for SimCity. SimCity is an older game and can have some issues with UHD displays and dual monitor settings. Try setting the resolution to no higher than 1080p, and disable any 2nd monitor display. If necessary, you can force resolution via the command line. In Origin, right-click the SimCity icon and choose "Game Properties" > click the "Advanced Launch Options" tab >

type "-r:1920x1080" (without the quotation marks) in the "Command Line Arguments" box.

Launch Origin.exe and SimCity.exe "as Administrator" and check to see if it's working correctly now.

If you still have the problem, please reply back with a copy of your dxdiag (if you're on a PC) or give more info on your system OS (if you're on a Mac). Have you been playing SimCity for a while before this problem cropped up, or did you just install the game? A screen shot could also be helpful.
