Downloaded SimCity and game icon is frozen saying "finalizing"

I have just downloaded SimCity on my MacBook Air 2019 and I've tried everything from restarting the computer, logging out and into Origin, clearing the DownloadCache folder, resetting Origin, and none of the options have worked. If there anything else to try??? It will at times say that it is complete but then, when I hit install, it goes back to the finalizing icon.
