Hi  - Are you getting the message "Unable to Load City at this Time" when trying to claim a new city, or only on the existing multiplayer game? Unfortunately, if your game locked up while playing a city online, the server side data is likely corrupted and the city is probably lost. That should not affect your ability to claim new cities, though. 

If you're still experiencing a problem with new cities, please reply back and let us know exactly what happens.

How to DxDiag

To post your DxDiag:

1. Select the 'Choose file' button below the post box

2. Find the DxDiag file and select it - hit Open

3. Add text to your post and hit Submit
