Hi  ! To share services and resources to other cities, you first have to share them from the city has that has them. Then you can buy any offered services from the regional view.

Launch from the city that has the services to share. We'll call it City A

• Go to the Region View
• Click on the Service you wish to share, like Garbage
• Click on the city to sell service. We'll call it City B
• Click the + sign to add the service, like number of garbage trucks you want to share

Now click the "Load" button for City B (or if City B has a different mayor, have them follow these steps)

• Go to the Region View
• Click on the Service you wish to buy
• Click on City A
• Click the Garbage service
• Click the Buy button

Be aware that for all of the shared / sold resources (power, water, sewage) - the available resources are split between the claimed cities. For example purposes, let's pretend you have 3 cities in the region. City A has 1000 gals to share; City B and City C will each be able to buy 500 gals, regardless if either one needs it. City B will never be able to buy 600 gals, even if City C is not using any of the excess.
