Answer HQ is the gaming community website, and only the volunteers are around on the weekends in here. We have no way to know what the status of any particular server might be. Personally, I have never experienced that problem. The official tech support is on Help Center, not AHQ. There is only a small staff, if any, on weekends and late overnight, depending on your regional situation.
Stateside, you can contact a Game Adviser, although wait times are often quite long (you may safely ignore the onscreen timer, which is meaningless for any number larger than about three minutes).
