Hi  - Can you tell me please on what kind of computer and operating system are you trying to run your games? Is it a Mac or PC? Windows 7, 8 10 or Mojave, Catalina? 

I see you have SimCity Complete Edition... which Tropical are you playing? Where did you purchase the games (through Origin or another retailer?)
