So as you seen in the title i bought SimCity 2013 Complete Edition because it was on sale after the game installed i opend it up and i hit the start buuton to select a region but i have two missing regions aparently they are Cliffside Vista and Endeavor Island do you guys know anything about these regions do i have to buy the deluxe upgrade to the game ?
