Just to clarify the problem and steps to reproduce:
Issue #1: Navigate to SimCity World at the SimCity main menu and choose the Global Market tab. Choose a resource/commodity on the left to illuminate the selected item indicator, one or more line charts should appear. Choose a filtering specification of 1 Week. The plot should refresh to reveal the same number of line charts. Choose the filtering specification of 1 Month. The plot should refresh to reveal the same number of line charts. The defect is that no line charts appear for any of the filtering specifications chosen (1 Day is the default filtering specification).
Issue #2: Within a new city - non-Sandbox region in Multiplayer-mode, construct 30 Trade Depots with 4 Coal lots at each Depot. Select a Depot and choose Manage Global Market Deliveries; take note of the current Market price for Coal. Click the Import button. Do this for each Trade Depot. Set the game speed to Cheetah. Select the City Specialization button on the lower left corner of the screen. Click the Trade button at the center and choose the Trade overlay (right bottom corner of screen). Watch the delivery trucks enter and exit the city as they make deliveries to your Trade Depots. Once all depots are filled with Coal, wait 1 real-life (RL) hour. Return to the city and select 1 Trade Depot, choose Manage Global Market Deliveries. Take note of the price - it should be more than the previously noted price. The defect is that the price is the same.
It would seem issues 1 & 2 are related.
