To EA and Origin
I bought The DIVISION game via origin as I have bought many EA original games e.g. Medal of Honor, Crysis, Titanfall etc and had no issues with instant download after payment with my credit card.
As I had mistakenly assumed that The Division was a game developed by EA I went ahead and made the purchased. As I was looking forward to playing this game over the weekend it was not meant to be and waited for the game to be processed within 48 hours. This was not what I had planned. So I tried to find a solution on cancelling the order going through all your help and contact us links and even submitted a request to cancel and had no response. I tried every way to contact you about this and nobody seemed to bother about getting back to me after being a supporting of buying your original games for many years. Very disappointing indeed.
However just now the processing has gone through, I don't understand why for other games you need 48 hours to approve, other providers like steam is instant.
I want to cancel this and get a refund for this amount charged.

By the way I have instructed by Credit Card that I won't be paying for this. They can sue me I don't care.
Totally unacceptable.
It's not about the money its about the principle of this.
