i have the same problem
Yesterday monday the 14th i had an disconnect as i played in my city " kreuzwinkel " in the region " friends lake " arround 7am GMT and after the disconnect, i can not load the city anymore!
The city info shows an old outdated citezen counter and cash ammount , and when i log in to an neighbor city , i cant si it no more where it should be , its just an empty space ...
To me it looks like the server save file or some like that got damaged.
As said , when i load the city i got just the message it could not load the city , try again later , and this are now over 24 hrs ago ..
Plz take an look !
