i got command and conquer the ultimate collection and i was finishing loging in to tiberian twilight and put in the product code but alas it isn't working it keeps saying 'product code has already been used' and I'm very angry and another thing i keep trying to play red alert 3 and tiberium wars 3 and it keeps saying 'please check if you have xdirect 9.0 or higher or if you have a high enough graphics card' and i do so holy * HELP I'M VERY ANGRY AND WOULD LIKE SOME HELP PLEASE.
