Simcity freezes during multiplayer load

Hi EA Support,

I'm having some trouble running SimCity the past few days. Especially when loading multiplayer cities, it freezes up during the loading screen. It was working on this same machine just last week.

I have tried reinstalling Origin and the game itself but it didn't work. It seems to be something with my online profile. Can you please help me out?
