i just claimed an abandoned city in my region on EEurope server 2. after trying to send money gift from my base city to the new aquired city i saw the money are taken from my 1st city but never arrive in the second. when i switch to the secon city is like im returnig in time while the arcology wich is long time before i aquired this city finished from here i see it is stilll building. if i switch back to miy 1st city the arcology is finished. if i switch back to 2nd city arcology is in build process needs resources
