I cant get the website to work for a refund. help.

I can't seem to connect to anyone on the adviser chat, and most of the refund links don't work, please can you help me get a refund?

It said I would get a conformation email regarding my refund within 48 hours, it's now been longer than that.

I would like my money back, can you help?
