Given the extreme slowness and lack of performance from your video hardware, not the newest one. I'm sure Simcity 4 can be convinced to run with Windows 10, though it may be tricky.

EA will never fix this. And with Maxis assimilated into EA, no more updates to this game. You can own every bit of DLC available and get this error.

Most of my residental buildings are staying vacant after the last update - worked fine before update. Some of them just say "vacant, for sale" whild others have some kind of debug message with them....
