I tried to contact you guys through the methods you laid out for some assistance. none was provided, and no im not posting my question on here, i hope EA themselves see this, I will not purchase any further games, you got lucky this time, i had not read about all the disgusted other gamers untill after my purchase of a game that i requested help for, YOUR PHONES SHOULD STILL BE OPERATIONAL. i would have preferred to stay on hold for a live operator rather than being told that my hold time would be less than 5 minutes, only to find out that 20+ min goes bye and i still have not been connected to anyone. THAT is no way to treat a paying customer. last but not least and im going to make this the short version in case kids may be reading this, F. U.
I dare you to ban my account because of this message, if you do you had better refund the cost of all the games i purchased or i will seek legal action against you.
I may be the only gamer or just the first to stand up for myself, but where there is one more will follow. CLASS ACTION SUITS are possible.
