Update: I am back to 100% enrollment after bulldozing the one Dormitory at my University. I recommend just using the Dormitories to level up the University and then removing them after that.

it deleted them all after i had to update my graphics drivers ... i acceptd that as an accidental loss and started again ... saved before exitting the game ,... was able to 'resume' my game once more...
