As per my conversation with Udit K. (EA Customer Experience) i am posting this as a 'bug' in the forums as requested.
There is no D/L available for the free 'Progressive DLC' Which limits playing the online game as you cannot 'reclaim' areas from people that had the DLC.
Could the D/L be put back up as available on Origin please.
According to the EA Customer Experience section this should still be available for D/L.
