 you are right, I do speak Spanish   However, dxdiag doesn't give us any clear clues. There's indeed an issue listed with NVIDIA GeForce Experience. Could you try to uninstall it, just to see if it's causing issues with the game somehow, ? Just for testing purposes - uninstall it, restart your computer, try to launch the game without.

If the issue is related to some kind of incompatibility between the game and NVIDIA GeForce Experience, we will know this way.

Hopefully this time we find the cause!
