Re: simcity dosnt have english

Hi  - You may have accidentally purchased a language-specific version of the game that does not include English. (For instance, Polish/Russian)

Choose the appropriate platform (Mac or PC) & Help With A Game > SimCity > Manage My Account > Manage Account Details > then, at the bottom, select Contact Options and choose your preferred method to speak to EA.
