PRODUCT CODE NOT REDEEMING WITH ORIGINAL PURCHASE

Hello, I'm trying to use my redeem product code from my old purchase for SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow and when logged in the account screen it shows that the code already been used, therefore I cant play my old game on my new C.P.U.
