simcity

so im having trouble starting the simcity. Itll download and everything but once i get to the origin login page it says i need to sign in in order to continue and i dont have an account yet so when i try and click create an account it wont let me as well as when i try to click cant access account, it just wont let me click on anything other than logging in. So when i try putting my email and password for what i use on this site it says i need to be connected to internet, which i am! So frustrating
