 - I'm so glad you found the information useful. I was also surprised & a bit disappointed to hear about the schools, too. But, knowing this info helps to build an effective city.

You may find the parts about zoning ratios useful, especially since you're starting a new city. I like to zone commercial right in the center of residential areas, so the sims can walk from their houses.
