I don't know if it is my phone or the ea website, but every time I try to sign into madden mobile or NBA live mobile via google play the sign in page keeps reloading and not actually loading the whole page. The same thing happenes when I click a URL to go to any of the ea websites (normal ea, help.ea, etc.).
Are you using a cell phone to access the TS4 Gallery like this person, or trying to open the Gallery from a PC or Mac? Are you trying to open the gallery website or from in-game? What exactly happens when you try to load the gallery? A screenshot could be very helpful
