Hi, I'm in need of help. Since, a week ago, I wanted to go back into playing Simcity. But when I clicked on Play, and waited for 10 or so minutes. I get this Alert/message;
"the product code you have redeemed for simcity does not support the currently selected language Please contract Customer support for details"
Which I seek help from, Origin' help live chat. They told me to uninstall my origin and download another origin installer, then install it. This didn't work.
Second time, They told me to manually delete everything about origin and simctiy, then uninstall both and reinstall. This also didn't work.
Third time, they just remove my simcity and got me a brand new code. And then, boom problem fix, right? Nope. Still getting that Alert.
If a new code for simcity, doesn't work then what's wrong with my end? Please help me.
And don't sent me back to Origin's help, I don't want to bother them with this, again.
P.S Simcity was working fine during release day and I had Intel hd graphics 2500. Though, 3 years ago, I had my computer Location and non-unicode program set on Japan. And now, I've change that back to Canada and English.
